"La injusticia me pone mal", dice Menganno, un superhéroe argentino entre excéntrico y solidario, que esconde su identidad detrás de una máscara y patrulla calles de un barrio de la periferia sur de Buenos Aires a bordo de su moto, para desalentar el delito y ayudar a los necesitados.

"Soy un superhéroe real, de carne y hueso. Mi objeto es que todos seamos más buenos y solidarios. Para eso empujo yo", dijo Menganno a AFP, enfundado en su traje de justiciero en la esquina de una plaza de Lanús, rodeado de niños de una escuela cercana.

El hombre, cuya máscara azul de látex le cubre hasta la mitad de la cara y que esconde sus ojos tras gafas, se niega a revelar su identidad para mantenerse en el anonimato -de ahí su nombre-, aunque saben de su vocación su esposa y sus dos hijos de 18 y 11 años y algunos amigos, confiesa.

El fuerte temblor, de 8,9 grados, ha provocado cientos de muertos en la prefectura de Miyagi, según la policía. Un incendio en un reactor nuclear del norte del país obliga al Gobierno a declarar el estado de "emergencia nuclear"

El epicentro de este seísmo estuvo en el Océano Pacífico, a 130 kilómetros de la península de Ojika y una profundidad de 10 km, en la misma zona donde hace dos días ocurrió otro terremoto de 7,3 grados que no causó daños. El temblor ocurrió a las 14.46 hora local (las 6.46 en la Península) y alcanzó el máximo de 7 grados en la escala japonesa, que se centra en las zonas afectadas más que en la intensidad del temblor.

(Andina).- El presidente del Instituto Nacional de Defensa Civil (Indeci), Luis Palomino, pidió calma a la población peruana, pues no existe alarma de tsunami en las costas del Perú, y solo se trata de una situación de alerta preventiva, tras el terremoto registrado en Japón.
En conferencia de prensa, detalló que una alarma implicaría la inmediata evacuación, situación que no se ha determinado en el Perú.
Agregó que aún no se puede definir la hora exacta en que se produciría un eventual efecto en la costa peruana ni la altura que tendrían las olas.
Palomino mencionó que los datos exactos los dará a conocer en las próximas horas la Marina de Guerra del Perú (MGP), que monitorea de forma constante el estado del mar.
